“I contacted Vinney from Toronto Wide Restoration to help me find a water leak I was getting in my front foyer. Jordan and Miquel were quick to respond and arrived at my home within a couple of hours. They determined that the leak was coming from the roof. I will give them one point for this part. From this point on, it was a disaster. They would not commit to a price and assured me that it was going to go through my insurance. When they finally submitted quotes to my insurance totally $30,000.00, it was denied. They said I still owed them $10,000.00 for the emergency service, which was finding the leak, taking down the foyer ceiling and drying…”

“Vany is a very professional man. A man who cares about his clients and the dignity of his business. He will stop, drop and come to your call. Miguel is a very detailed sufficient plumber. “Terrible Unorganized Company. They did not show up for the scheduled job of installing shower glass and tub glass without calling or emailing us. We rescheduled for the next day at 1130. They did not end up showing up until 2PM, then had the nerve to tell us that he was not going to do the job due to him being short a glass door. We let him know that we will be dropping off the door in an hour if he is able to complete the first one. He refused to start working until he had both shower glass doors but we made it clear we cannot work past 5PM in the building but if he does by chance…”

“These clowns charged $ 12,150.00 for a roof repair and some interior finishes. All of which has had to be redone and repaired by a different and reputable company. The worst workmanship I've ever seen. Would not recommend this shoddy company to my worst enemy. Lawsuit incoming !”
