“Due to a sump pump failure a section of my basement was flooded. I called on Shield Restoration to assist me with the issue at hand. Their emergency services team was at my place within 2 hours. Shield worked with my insurance company to ensure that the estimate captured all damages materials. One the repairs were approved I was assisted a project manager Bryan who coordinated the repairs and had my basement back to normal in no time. All this was done during a high claims volume period due to a weather event. Thank you Shield Restoration for all your assistance. I will definitely recommend Shield Restoration for all your insurance and personal needs.”

“We had a house fire in November 2023 and after 10 months of dealing with our construction company with little result, the company dissolved itself. Enter Steve and Shield Restoration Services, who came in like superheroes, completing the renovation and repairing faulty electrical issues from the previous company. Steve and his crew were professional and offered fantastic services to get us back in our home. The work was impeccable and communication outstanding. I highly recommend Shield Restoration Services.”

“We had water damage affecting the ceiling, walls, and floors throughout our home, and hired Shield Restoration Services to handle the repairs. Their team replaced the damaged drywall, plastered and repainted the entire space, repaired several walls, completed extensive touch-ups, and installed new laminate flooring in the basement. The results exceeded our expectations—the rooms look noticeably better than before. Jordan and his many crews were consistently punctual, helpful, professional and completed the work ahead of schedule. Thank you, Shield Restoration Services!”

“This company runs for the money. During a catastrophic event in our city with excess amounts of rain Shield travelled from Barrie to acquire as much business as possible. They arrived onsite, had us sign the agreement then never saw them again until the work was completed. They hired labor from temp agencies that came in and reported work preformed that did NOT happen. Not once was anyone from Shield onsite overseeing the project. Once all was done, watch your billing. You are invoiced without a breakdown of labor or hours unless you ask. When questioned I was invoiced a ridiculous amount that was untrue. Shield was not present during the renovation so had no idea what labor took place…”

“We had a collapsed sewer line in our basement. When we were put into contact with Shield they responded immediately. They had a crew to our home within a couple of hours. They were fast, reliable and polite. The owner and our case manager were knowledgeable and helpful regarding all our questions and concerns. I would give you 10 stars if I could. We would highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of restoration services.”
